Quarterly Mental Health Days (QMHD), are a free community gatherings held at various locations in Jacksonville and surrounding areas. 

This event seeks to unite the community members and other mental health organizations by offering valuable resources, education, and meaningful conversations.

Our primary goals are to make support accessible and personable, enhance coordination between the city and the community, and provide attendees with actionable next steps.

Aspendos Italian Cuisine and Pizza is a family-owned Italian restaurant located at 9542 Argyle Forest Blvd, C19, Jacksonville, FL 32222, in the Oakleaf Town Center area.  The restaurant specializes in authentic Italian dishes, including handmade pasta, wood-fired pizzas, calzones, and a variety of baked and grilled entrees, serving both lunch and dinner.
