Quarterly Mental Health Days (QMHD), are a free community gatherings held at various locations in Jacksonville and surrounding areas. 


This event seeks to unite the community members and other mental health organizations by offering valuable resources, education, and meaningful conversations.


Our primary goals are to make support accessible and personable, enhance coordination between the city and the community, and provide attendees with actionable next steps.
