Define the Narrative

When I first set out on this journey, I had no roadmap—only a deep knowing. What is the KNOW? It’s the inner conviction that something greater, more powerful, and more life-changing exists beyond our doubts. It is faith in something bigger than any fleeting feeling, even though every experience is felt in our hearts.

 

This documentary is an intimate portrait of a young girl wrestling with her identity, her worth, and her place on this earth through the trials of Complex PTSD. Guided only by that inner KNOW, I navigated unknown paths, trusting that my existence—seen or unseen by others—held purpose, power, and boundless potential.

 

From Rebirth to Checkmate and now this film, each project has carried one unwavering belief: you are worth the effort of your dreams. You deserve to show up fully as you are—nothing more, nothing less—a human with infinite value.

 

I have learned to become my own strength, my own voice of reason, and my own steadfast ally. I refuse to break faith with myself, for to do so would be to break faith with God, in whose grace I said YES to this life and all its glory.

 

I am profoundly grateful to you—my community of humans—who believed in me when I could barely see it in myself. I see you. I feel you. We share this journey together: valleys and peaks, light and shadow, solitude and solidarity. Our existence is singular and sacred. We must value the singularity.
