Monthly Volunteer/Staff Meetings (2 hours)
A focused, once-a-month working session to align board/staff and volunteers, secure a steady core team, and move bigger tasks forward. We share updates, assign ownership, remove blockers, and track progress on PHInc’s 2026 priorities—especially Outreach, Quarterly Mental Health Days (QMHD), and Runway to Resilience (May 9, 2026).
