What is C.A.R.E.?
It’s PHInc.’s plain-language, peer-to-peer method for moving someone (including yourself) from “I’m struggling” to “I have a next step.” C.A.R.E. turns compassion into action with scripts, checklists, commitment contracts and a 48-hour plan you can actually use.

Real change asks for responsibility and accountability: learning the skills, practicing them, and following through. C.A.R.E. gives you a simple framework to show up with dignity, reduce panic, and create momentum—at home, at school, at work, and in community.
